Citi Mobile Challenge
Citi Mobile Challenge is a prestigious competition pitching together over 160 startups from all over the Asia Pacific region, culminating in four demonstration days in Bangalore, Singapore, Sydney and Hong Kong producing 15 winners. We were honoured to have won the Most Innovative Travel Solution with Travie (www.travie.co), architecting and implementing the machine learning solutions that Travie uses.
Cyberport University Partnership Programme
Cyberport University Partnership Programme is a programme designed to help university alumni and students who wish to create startups. It begins by exposing them to the Silicon Valley culture via a delegation to study at Stanford University, and leads onto a startup competition which the top 10 winners win a micro-fund to start their business idea. Our founder was a winner by introducing an innovative IOT e-commerce payment/loyalty solution which was reported by the Hong Kong Economic Journal.
Hong Kong ICT Awards
Hong Kong IT Awards is an annual award given out to businesses related to Information and Communications Technology. Blueplume helped the Techpacker team (www.techpacker.com) win the Bronze award, creating waves of change in the Fashion Technology industry. Techpacker is concentrated on streamlining the communications between fashion designers, labels and manufacturers. Its major customers include Vans, Marks & Spencer and JCPenny.
